Jumping to Conclusions

Some people darken up the room when they come in,

Some people get others nervous for you can see within.

They are hiding something, something you can not put your finger on,

Something bordering on evil, something you can read on their palms.

Have you seen the person described as the man in black?

Someone you believe may have had their morals slack.

Do we not judge without the proof?

Do we not go paranoid and then raise the roof?

Jumping to conclusions is a tricky and can be so wrong,

And waiting for proof of intentions takes so long.

Just trust your gut and let it go at that,

One would wish that it was as easy as that.
